1. To provide access to quality head and neck cancer treatment, which may include ride or lodging assistance.

2. To provide assistance for communication and dental rehabilitation after cancer treatment

3. To provide social network and better quality of life for survivors of head and neck cancer.

4. To educate the community and raise awareness of head and neck cancer.
